Add a Profile and an Email Account in Outlook

If all tests are completed successfully, a green check will be placed to the left of each task. If you typed an incorrect password or the wrong DNS name specified for the incoming or outgoing server, the Test Account Settings will help you identify the problem.
Assuming that all tests were successful, you now are ready to receive and send email!
Close Outlook. Next time you open Outlook, you should be prompted to choose which profile you want to open. Click on the drop-down menu to choose from all profiles:

To switch between profiles, you have to close and reopen Outlook.
Also, notice the New button on the Choose Profile prompt. It's now easier to add another profile. Clicking the New button will open the Mail Setup dialog box.
Now you have two profiles that can be used to keep your personal and business information separate.
