Class 1: Introduction and Beyond

Duration: 1 day (6 hrs)
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of the windows environment, basic keyboard skills
Course Materials: Course manual with CD containing exercises
Prices: $225 for 1 student (one-on-one training)
$160 each for 2 to 3 students
$130 each for 4 to 6 students
$130 for the first 6 students, $100 for each additional student

The first thing we do in this class is to give you a better understanding of the Word 2010/2013 interface. It's important to understand how tools are arrange, we they are used for, and how to use them!

You will then learn to edit text and set up new documents. You'll learn how to properly format text and paragraphs so your documents look professional. You'll insert bulleted and number lists and set tabs.You'll also learn to save time by saving copy that can be reused. Finally, you'll insert images that will enhance your documents.

This class will enable you to start using Word confidently and proficiently.
